Lab 14 by SuperCasey4

Lab 14 is one of my favorite messed up find your way out games, other than Portal.
In Lab 14 you seem to play as a little messed up bunny who only has a head and feet. You try to find your way through each level but the complication is that the levels are never what they seem...

Sound: 75% (The music got old fast)
Graphics: 90%
Game play: 94%

Total: 87%

Play Lab 14 now!

This game is just like a bunch of riddles with some superficial gameplay added on top. While it is refreshing to see something like this, it's not a good game.

Riddles work by making you feel good when you figure them out. It's really very easy entertainment, and in this game, the author hasn't made any effort to integrate the riddles into a story or a greater whole. The game is not bad, but it's not great either. I'd say that it's average.

Just like Karoshi, it's a fun one time play that leaves very little impression aside from maybe "Hey, that was clever!" or "Hey, that was far fetched and pointless" (I think there's a bit of truth in both of these statements). But there is one big difference between this game and Karoshi, Karoshi doesn't just hand the player the hint which will solve the level, you have to find the hints. Lab 14 spoon feeds you the hints which makes the game in reality quite repetitive. There are no real quirks that makes the game interesting, only "Aha!" moments when you figure out what the hint really means, and those moments either make you feel good, or make you angry at the game for being simple minded and annoying.

The graphics have a mundane style and are also monotonous without really using that to it's advantage, and I can't even remember if the game had any music which must mean that the sound was rather probably rather boring too. Overall, this game should be around 3/5. It's like a simple Flash game, fun for a few minutes but nothing more.
